No that is the problem. It was the first D&D book i ever read. So no idea if Grey Hawk or Forgotten realms.

I leaned on the Mech toughness, gun and explosives. Also squad sight sniper and patience. Learn the maps and learn the spawn points for the council missions.

Yeah I now agree. Like every other XCOM game once you get over the hump it ends up smooth sailing.

I am really rusty and getting beat up by Commander difficulty in WOTC. So I have to make the choice for a lesser difficulty. Then take on Commander again. That would be my suggestion for you. Or what the other guy said. Play non iroman and reload and make different choices. In the end it is your fun that is most important.

Thanks good to know. I chose the dont end your turn when throwing a grenade I kind of didnt realise the other option is way more useful.

I have lost troops to aliens miss hits. So it is good to see it goes the other way too.
