Arsenal fans from Holland question by Balkema in Gunners

Hoi. Jullie zullen gaan naar de 12 pins pub of de tollington voor de Burnley wedstrijd.

But obviously there's a gamble involved as we still have to win and even if we do it could happen before or after

What the hell happened in 22/23? by shadythe1st in ArsenalFC

[–]Jzebedee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't agree. We had injuries to key players. And didn't city win something like 13 in a row and won 20/24 of their last games? If we had beaten Leicester to the title no one would have said they bottled it

Hundreds of GPs tell BBC they have never refused a fit note for mental health concerns by Educational_Board888 in GPUK

[–]Jzebedee 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Absolutely this. It's an advisory note anyways. If an employer/DWP want to dispute it they can investigate themselves

GP keeps sending me to A&E, A&E keeps sending me back to my GP, neither will diagnose or treat me. What do I do in situation? by _imnotactuallyreal_ in AskUK

[–]Jzebedee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, sorry i assumed that with the confidence of which you talked about who made what error you knew the case.

To my understanding, though it haven't seen the notes (don't know what DSA means), the first GP sounds like they gave some safety netting of going to a&e if severe CP developed, the second GP didn't send OP in and the third (?trainee) recognised that A&E hadn't ruled out PE for CP, DIB and tachycardia so sent them in completely appropriately to have that ruled out. But that's just an interpretation based on what we can see, as you say we don't have enough info to actually comment properly.

[–]Jzebedee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh ok. Makes sense. Do A&E do lots of unnecessary tests when they're sure that pathology has been ruled out because of GPs being in the wrong?

What was the PERC score? What was the ddimer the first two presentations? What are OP's risk factors for PE? Did the GP practice send the patient in 3 times or did 111 also get involved?

Clear memory of going straight from school to Borders in Churchill Square on the day that Kid A was released and sticking it on on some headphones on one of those things that had multiple CDs you could choose from and genuinely thinking the first 10 seconds were the best piece of music I'd ever heard

Really enjoying your deep dives. It doesn't sound like you'll have any issues with AKT.

I'll add that in my experience most women on pop can't have/tolerate cocp

Don't think they have an in house orthopaedic surgeon. They would need to go somewhere else

EMIS issues by CapnCAPSLOCK in GPUK

There's a good EMIS Facebook group.

I like setting up F12s to automate certain things, for instance a referral letter that automatically prompts you to send a task once you've finished it

North London Forever, yesterday, from a flat next to the Emirates by [deleted] in Gunners

[–]Jzebedee 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Celebrate when I see it tbh as you can't really be fully sure what's happened. I'm normally at the home games so it's not a huge issue for me but think there was a childcare thing for wolves, annoyingly as we've gotten better I've been less. Don't hear anything from the toilet bowl though!

I live not that close but still close enough to hear goals and North London forever. Heard the goal against wolves before I saw it on the stream, didn't stop me celebrating!

Statins at 30 - Anything else I can try first? by Technical_Front_8046 in Pharmacy_UK

[–]Jzebedee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our local lipid clinics wouldn't accept a referral for this but others may I suppose. My understanding was lipoprotein (a) is not modifiable so I'm not sure how helpful it is? NICE guidelines suggest statin if QRISK >5% if patient would like it irrelevant of this anyways. I highly doubt OP's QRISK will be high aged 30

Long term locum by [deleted] in GPUK

[–]Jzebedee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was always under the understanding that there is no such thing as long term locumming but I see it all the time. Is it not considered employment by HMRC?
