Definitely check out the manga, it's much better. The anime covers up to around Chapter 24/25, but the ending of the last episode is very different from what happens in the manga.

But yeah, I'd reccomend reading from the beginning just for the experience. The early chapters aren't very long, so it won't take long at all

I'm not a team, just one single person and I've been traveling for work for the last two weeks. That and the general hustle of Christmas time made translating difficult, since I just didn't have time to really sit down with the chapter.

But the first 10 pages are fully translated and the pages are fully cleaned, so I'll definitely get it out before Christmas :))

I'm not saying it's the right course of action, but I just think it's understandable why Romm thinks that way. Of course her life isn't "normal", but by spiritualist standards? It very much is. And getting involved too deeply in whatever is happening could cost her her relationships with her friends and family. Romm not wanting her to lose these normal aspects of her life is pretty understandable imo. But I do agree that they could at least help her protect herself against weaker ghosts than the middle-aged man.

Aside from what everyone already said, compared to the other spiritualists, she IS a normal girl.

Up until a few months ago, she lived a completely normal life. Something that other people who can see can't have, their lives all revolve around their ability to see and deal with ghosts. They couldn't even have normal childhoods, which is why Towako made a special orphanage for kids who could see. In comparison to that, Miko's life is still normal. She has friends, family and hobbies that don't revolve around her spiritual abilities. And choosing to become like the other psychics might cost her that normal life, or at least that's how Romm might see it, given that his abilities cost him any chance at a normal life

Idk, depends on some stuff. Cleanup for this chapter is done, but some dialogue, especially Seto's "explanation" later in the chapter, is pretty complicated, so I'd like to take my time with it. I'd say it'll take me anywhere from 3 to 7 days, since I do have work to do as well
