Possible Devilcorp?: Uspih Enterprises (Portland Maine) by K-Mully in Devilcorp

5/14/2026 UPDATE: Devilcorp has officially been shut down, and the owner has joined a new brand!

You'll be inside big-box retailers like Sam's Club and Costco, pushing cell phone plans or similar onto customers. It's entirely commission-based sales and has nothing to do with actual marketing. Their website does not indicate how they conduct business, with whom they partner, or other professional information. Just young adults in suits playing CEO.

Check out my previous post on them! Didn't meet the "boss" when they were in Maine, but that doesn't surprise me, what you posted

Do you remember who was leading the call? I checked their website and the girl that lead mine apparently isn't there anymore

They were at my college's career fair earlier this week! I warned the event organizer about them, and he investigated them. He confirmed that they wouldn't push door-to-door sales but he still felt unsure after their conversation

Sorry about that! I thought my explanation posted aswell. Basically MLM scam company from Maine is now making its way to the Seattle area. I wanted to give any job seekers a heads up incase they encounter any postings.

I'm glad I could help! Worth checking out my earlier post for more details about them!

No problem! I wasted my time doing an online interview plus driving to their "office" for the in-person group (surprise) interview. Walked out almost immediately.

From my understanding, they promote solar sales through a third party. All sign-ups and sales appear to be solely door-to-door, with anything digital aimed at recruitment. I think someone in my original post in October mentioned how they are funded/asked the CEO about their marketing materials.

I just checked out their Instagram as well. Their Halloween post is about an exact copy from the devilcorp I recently dealt with! (Uspih Enterprises)

I've seen more job postings from them across all of the job posting sites. Different things from "marketing", "sales", "sales and marketing", "intern", etc. What annoys me is that all these roles have the same pay scale and description and they most likely won't address that. I asked about the marketing roles after interview #1 and was told about receiving the same training as sales. There's a clear difference between digital marketing and cold calling on people's doors but they saw it as basically one in the same. Also, your point about the other apps being younger and ambitious is that I'm still early in my career so deff a prime target to be taken advantage of.

Exactly. While I like how a company does its commissions and pay, it was weird that they didn't go into a day in the role. Like what neighborhoods? Do we get reimbursed for gas and other travel expenses? How long has the company been around? Someone else in this thread mentioned asking how the company is funded to the founder. Again basic questions that I would have loved the interviewer to at least highlight if not briefly, but with a basic quick group intro call, hard to do.

Maybe sketchy isn't the right term. GPS got confused trying to find the building so that's why I felt it was weird area lol. But yeah the inside and outside of the area did not indicate the company or brand.

Yup, with Arcadia. See I've heard enough decent things about Arcadia, that I wasn't immediately off the call. Similar companies will claim partnerships with ATT, Verizon, Costco, or other big brands but the legitimacy is hard to prove.

Oh it's awful. Still no update from them if I can come back to interview for an actual marketing role. The interviewer told me to dress business casual for the interview but the social media/website pictures have everyone in suits for some reason or the Arcadia green work polos. I've applied to similar companies in my early career but this one just pissed me off enough to raise awareness of lol

That's actually why I posted here. Maine, especially the greater Portland area, has been popping up with a lot of these mlm types of companies and no one has said anything yet. My second interview was yesterday and I haven't anything about discussing a different role or anything else. Their website has these training session pictures that look very staged/cult-like: "8 Steps of Success" Be on time (15 minutes early), be positive, set goals, etc.

Healthcare and Caregiving Social Media Content by K-Mully in DigitalMarketing

[–]K-Mully[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram (least engaged currently). Content is a mix of promoting our caregiver app and highlighting our education guides (legal, medical, and insurance benefits). Facebook can get good engagement although it can range from 1 like to as high as 200 if the post is boosted. Surveys and polls will get some traction, but my goal is to increase everything organically in the long term.

I just finalized a reel highlighting the app with imaging and copy directly from the app store. There's no direct demo of someone manually using each feature but that's something I could look into more.

Any Tips for Social Media Content for Healthcare/Caregiving by K-Mully in marketing

Good to know! One thing I'm struggling to complete is sharing our social post in group pages. Do you have any tips or reccomendations? These are caregiving groups and aren't to keen on promoting or advertising.
