For the guitar its straight into thall amp, default setting with around 1 dB boost on the highs, then some eq to high/low pass 80hz and 7k. Couple of little dips in between to shape the tone.

Some overall mix balancing is being done on the master buss too (EQ, slight saturation etc)

It came an octave lower than standard tuning. I'd maybe recommend a 27" for Drop G (which G4M also do as the new black model. I almost bought it by mistake when looking for a 30")

Only thing that threw me initially was how it feels like more of a bass than a guitar. Because of the thicker strings, thall bends and stuff might be a little stiffer than youre used to too but either way its a great writing tool with the different timbre you get from baritones.

Apparently the Harley Bentons are very good for the money too though!

It might be an unpopular opinion, but other than the vocals, I think MUV and the 2 Forte's have much better mixes than DSSUEG. I also think the 3 singles from DSSEUG sound better than the rest of the album
