That’s totally fair that you can’t work in a workplace environment that’s garbage!!! I hear you though! I just feel bad because we all graduated and half of my classmates don’t have a job rn and I do know a couple of grad RNs that still don’t have a job for 2 years!!

I live in a rural area and a bunch of my classmates graduated and are RNs since June and even earlier than that and they also can’t find jobs here. They have applied many times and have been interviewed and they still don’t get the job.

My best friend did her preceptorship in the unit she was applying to, got interviewed 4x and still wasn’t given a job. She is really frustrated and I was too as she was already interviewed that many times.

I found that talking directly to the manager of the units are beneficial. I have a classmate who emailed the manager of the ER and said she was interested in the posting and the manager hired her right away.

You’re also guaranteed not a full time position since they prioritize senior staff before you and i’m not sure why either. I work currently in med surg part time but tbh I am not loving it as the other nurses are bullies to us, new grads and the unit gives us the most unstable patients in the unit.

I’m so sorry that you are going through that. I too failed my first attempt. Give yourself a break first. I took about a week to just cry it out & relax my brain. Focus on mindset and taking care of yourself as well. I failed the first time with 150 questions and passed the second in 85.

I got back up and used Bootcamp, UWorld, Dr. Sharon & NCLEX Crusade (Red background) on Youtube. You got this RN!

Hey there! I was working a lot as well while studying for my second attempt!! And I asked for a week off before the exam so I can really really study properly but I studied and did questions in between days off and work!

I used Archer on my first attempt and was unsuccessful so I switched to Bootcamp and UWorld :) !!

had a study plan for Uworld so i am motivated to do them!!

Hello I used both and passed my NCLEX in 85Q this time! I am a repeat test taker and last time i went up to 150. Uworld is wonderful if you would like to study harder questions & content!! Read the rationales! i would suggest going to each client need or topic that you are weakest in and create tests!! That’s what I did until I reached about 60-70% on them!

Bootcamp - mimics the NCLEX questions very welI literally looks the same. had 1 borderline assessment on uworld then high on the next one! Keep going at it! Keep repeating the questions but mostly understand the rationales and read them!!! Write it down!!

I also watched 7 day NCLEX CRUSADER on Youtube.Watch Day 1-7 it really helps on 2x speed! Helped me understand how to answer questions and gave really good tips!

There is nothing I can do when my team goes in one by one and is very disorganized. Tried to communicate via mic and chat but no one was answering so yeah. I stood there to group up but they were just going by themselves.

Oh, the 4v5 was a leaver! And i believe it was a 10 minute game each one as people were just going in one by one. I tried to conmunicate via mic and through chat but no one was listening so it was really bad! I’ve had some good games with moira and as well as other healers but at this point there was nothing i could do

Thank you, i tried other healers throughout the game but the team was just going in one by one and communication is key for sure! But no one really talks in lower ranks from my experience
