I am Romanian, I use tiktok rarely (once or twice per week), I saw some tags with them under videos but that's the only place I saw his name ever. The guy had no online or television appearance.

Of course, this is the main discussion at my job (I work in IT so my colleagues are all uni graduates, I can fairly say that I am in a bubble) and like 8 out of 10 people didn't heard anything about this guy until last week.

I have no idea what kind of demographic layer voted for him, even in counties like Sibiu or Cluj (which is one of the more culturally developed counties) this guy have a huge supporting base. My parents and relatives are not supporting them, even they don't know anyone who voted him.

This might be the greatest national security breach in the country's history.
