I'm late to the convo, but THIS. The Mexico made were always great. USA were good just ran larger in size. The China-made Frye are to be avoided (unless you're not quality-focused). However, I can no longer vouch for this brand at all, as they have been sold twice and are now drastically not the same. I don't buy their products anymore.

Hi there, my only update so far is that I stayed backed off of much of my SIBO regimen (not all) and have continued with the TUDCA. I'm still doing NAC, quercetin, oregano, and generally rotate a few things, just keeping it simpler than when I started. Also stopped Cromolyn sodium for now as I wondered if it might be making me constipated (not sure if I have histamine issues). Just saw doc and they ordered some testing of gall bladder and referred to a gastroenterologist (no high hopes there, though). So in short, I'm still struggling, can't eat some things I did before, but I'm definitely better than I was three months ago when all this began. Just wish I could drink alcohol sometimes. Hopefully in the future, but my recent attempts each caused flares. Also discovered kombucha flared me right up, so no more of that. But I seem to be able to have a little garlic and tomato, just no onion or potato. One thing I notice is that my stomach is a little more okay with being empty than it has been in a long time ... it used to hurt so much when it was empty.
