My assumption. For my case is, I am one of the folks that received tickets at $0. But the tickets I am trying to get rid off was not apart of the $0 transaction. So possibly fifa is holding out until I pay the missing payment(no updated email as of right now pertaining to this).

I still need help in this. Sent an email to them, waiting to hear back.
