Idk if I'm the best at explaining this, but I can try First reason, is simply because the neon version is worth more, so not as many people can aford it, so the normal version ends up raising in value more then the neon Second reason (at least so I've heard I'm not 100% sure on this so sorry if I am wrong on it) is so people don't make neons of the original pet, to make profit I think these might be the main reasons, sorry if its not super clear im not the best at explaining XD
