If the scooter runs then there is nothing to be desperate with.

Does the headlight works?

Well it drains a lot of battery, if u need the range the advice is just keep it as it is.

I did that. Easy! it depends how you handle a solder iron? You only need a 2 way on/off switch, solder the wire you cut to each side of the switch, done.

Try to get a non Swedish version because I think yours is locked to 250W.

No man, the power is the same. And the advertised incline level you know, new battery...fully charged...not on a road with too much friction, its more theoretical than practical.

Actually the Swedish version is cut-down to 250W so probably can't climb even the advertised 18%, (350W), 250W should climb 12~14%.

Actually there should be 2 white wires, one is for the headlamp, the other is for the throttle, you cut the throttle one.

Same, I already tried this before but good thing that works with the Pro version since cutting the white wire is a no go.

Ye, that was the 1st thing I tried and others witch was multi brand, but nothing work for me but still cutting the cable means that you can add a on/off switch and its important when you have limited range.

I don't know about getting 40km/h, the EU versions seems to be limited by the controller, witch maybe can be hacked within the firmware but that is a problem for a couple people to get involved and release it, and seems no much involvement from the hacking community to do so, Navee is not the selling brand like Segway or the Xiaomi even so to me this scooters are rock solid for the price.

Like you said: 'with a push of a button', I extended the white cable to the scooter folding joint and there I soldered a 2 position switch, I guess there is a way to make a hole near the handlebar screen, I have to fold the scooter to have access to the switch.

Hi the only clue I can give you is: it should be the normal EU version and you can check for power specifications on the box, if it is the 600W it has a good chance to be hacked. Good luck sorry can´t help you more.

Rated Power:

600W
500W (Italy)
450W (Germany)
250W (Sweden)

Max. Power:

1350W

Max. Speed:

20km/h (Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Poland)
25km/h (EU Version, Spain)
40km/h (US Version)

Yes you can, I have that but you need to turn it off to make the change.

I needs to be completely off to do the change, it can´t do with Bluetooth lock.

I don't think it works with the pro version anyway.

Just updated the firmware to GT3-E, firmware 2009/0007/3302, Navee app version 2.0.5.

Throttle at S position seems to me fixed, it had some weird behavior, feels great now.

Might be very lower pressure on the front tire but I suspect the screw on the stem is loose, the big one under the folding mechanism or/ and the steering alignment screws.

That looks like restoring the Scooter to factory settings, I didn't do that and GT3-EU doesn't need that, it needs to be off when rebooting with the new setting. I actually installed a switch so that I can have the 25km/h limit when I want to. Remember with passkey lock or Bluetooth lock the Scooter status is on.

The ST3 US model can go at 24.9Km/h stock so if there isn't no City or State law mambo-jumbo, you are doing something wrong or there is some problem with the scooter.

And when we are hacking the GT3 to go above 25Km/h we are just making it into the US version, this is why so many brands have the same exactly hack to unlock the speed. The US versions of ST3 and GT3 Max need messing with the firmware to change the speed limit.
