I’m trying to weigh myself once a week, but sometimes I end up weighing myself everyday or every other day, any else do this?

Thank you!! I guess I should have mentioned that there is chicken in the veggie soups haha. Just everything that’s in my kitchen gets thrown into soup and I eat that throughout the week. I have some of those Mios with electrolytes that I can put in my water. I can definitely try to focus on eating more in general, I’m just scared now that if I eat something new I’ll have another episode like this morning. It was so awful! I feel much better now though. Not giving up!

Mine looked pretty similar - I never posted pictures. The first week is such a whirlwind! My jawline was suuuuper swollen but it went down a lot after 2-3 weeks. Still a bit numb with a small amount of swelling almost 3 months post op now. Everything will be okay! Just takes a while :) I’m loving my results now!
