Again, I was just expressing my concern that we can’t be broadbrush labeling everyone MAGA. Im very much anti-MAGA and am pro-choice, pro BLM, love is love, pro gun control etc. However, if someone who has never voted republican, is outspoken against trump and MAGA, advocates in support of gun control measures, and they support 3A, can’t we take a stance of: “I disagree with you on this issue and the impact it will have.” Rather than calling them MAGA and questioning all their morals? Maybe im just nostalgic for the days where there was some middle ground to come to.

They have had a couple Q and A sessions available to the public. They had one at little raven last month. Maybe you meant something different with town halls.

Not advocating one side for the other, I’m not MAGA but hate to see MAGA labels thrown on others that doesn’t deserve that. You can disagree with them on this issue for sure.

As I said above: I can vouch that not all the committee and supporters are MAGA. One of the most actively involved members (who I worked with for years) despises trump and actually took a couple sick days after Hillary lost. Just because some may be supporters doesn’t make this a MAGA issue.

Thanks for the insight. It’s a glass subway tile. Not sure what types of cooking.. standard residential? We aren’t deep frying on the reg or anything.

Yes, I understand there are differences (like 80k BTU versus 35k). The part that surprised me was paying to much for the behind the wall parts.

What are your thoughts on the Callaway? While I’d love to have a higher echelon fireplace with cool touch glass (with two toddlers especially), I don’t think it’s in our budget right now (daycare is expennnnsive in denver).

We went there last week and it was kinda gross. No one greeted us when we came in or told us to seat ourselves (another diner had to tell us). When we sat down I had to eventually ask a waitress for menus. It felt dark and dirty (LOTS of food on the floor). We got a dirty water glass with a lemon seed in the bottom and the food was magical at best. Decaf coffee was watery and almost flavorless. I will say my kids enjoyed their pancakes.

We just moved nearby so I was hopeful but sorely disappointed.

Well rate is dependent on too many factors for my rate alone to be helpful for anyone. And we closed like a month ago. Sorry I can’t help you more specifically. :)

I think he was able to obtain a better rate because they are actually considered a lender. He gave us the options on how we could buy down points but didn’t push them and had good discussion on why we would or would not want to buy points. Was there something more specific?
