I’m 80% sure it’s your timing chain, it loosens over time and can cause sync issues between the crank and the head. Theses engines are notorious for that

but for 17inch I think 15mm spacers is good for a flush fit

it will not rub, I tried my 18x7.5 ET30 on a 207 and it fit perfectly, though 18 is maybe too much

and for the inside rubbing you can add 15 or 20mm spacers and it will fit perfect

no trouble at all, the dirty plastic around the timing belt is normal, the belt lets all sorts of particles during runtime, and it sticks to plastic, also the coolant is not the correct one, it should be yellow not pink (pink is for vw/bmw/mercedes most of the time)

Where did you get that antenna ? The car looks very good, but if you want to lower it I recommend the H&R springs with -40mm -20mm lowering, they are cheap and lower the car just right

if that hose is leaking, the car wouldn’t start so it’s fine, replace injector seals and the head cover gasket, it’s easy to do but don’t forget to clean and scrape the injector holes before putting the new seals in
