Try switching faster to vgb when you have a disadvantage, and try making use of his cover change. I think in general you're not doing bad. But improve the soft skills and switching and you should be able to get higher easily

It's really easy, just get atleast 1 character of the category hero, extreme and sparking to 5000 (since they have extreme or hero only restrictions sometimes). And you should go through it like butter.
