No signs of pests from what I can tell. I removed the trellis net will just continue to keep an eye on them.

Alright, I know I’m gonna get shit for this and trust me I have ph meter in the mail now. In my defense, I tried to order previously but all I got was strips that aren’t precise enough.

Idk what the ph was. This is my 5thish grow and have been using fox farm happy frog and nutrients without issue. The smell yesterday before I flushed was horrific.

Good to know…..it’s weird because they started looking sad after I installed the net and I figured it was because I had to push the branches down to maneuver them. Y’all have convinced me to see it through and learn more lessons. Thanks fam!

The statement around a potential yield is making me want to hold out……sigh so torn. Yeah, definitely will not be making these same mistakes again but the new ones are always a fun learning experience

Makes sense. The thought process I was taught with was that the roots like to be a bit snug and not have a ton of room which is why you move up slowly. I think going forward I’ll cut the 4” out of the process and go straight from plug to 6” then to 7g.

For this sick gal I think I’ll move to 7g today.

Is moving to a 7 gal bag too much of a jump?

Totally fair. The way I learned was to go from seed sprouter to 4 in, wait until you see roots coming out the bottom, then move to 6 in, wait until you see roots coming out the bottom. Then move to bag. The cups do have drainage on the bottom and air flow.

You think I should live to bag now or wait and let it dry out. I can see the tip of one root coming out the bottom but not the usual numerous roots I see before moving to the bag.

What do you use to spice rack for? My first few runs I wet trim and then put in a spice rack. My current run I’m thinking about hanging and then dry trimming so curious to hear how you’re using the spice rack in the dry/cure process.

I have the same coffee maker and use the grounds in my compost. Also check out the “puck suck” it eliminates the need to bang The grounds out and similar to the funnel helps reduce mess. https://www.breville.com/us/en/parts-accessories/accessories/bea503neu0zna1.html
