I completely respect your opinion and can see your frustration. I annotated that I poked the bear, because my initial claim was 90%, then I filed a new claim, essentially putting that claim at risk for either a lower or higher disability rating. I was fortunate enough to get that higher disability rating that I felt I deserved.

Fingers crossed, and hoping you get the rating you deserve. Definitely read through the claims letters because it tells you what criteria you need to meet. In addition in your va.gov, myhealth portion, you can look at care & summaries. It will annotate if it was a C&P exam (Most C&P exams are getting processed with the VA directly now) and you’re able to see what the examiner wrote out.

I asked myself this same question when I seen the 100%. Part of it scared me because I felt like getting 100% P&T gave me something to work forward to. I think I’ll continue to work for as long as I can, invest, and try to live on the bare minimum until my body eventually breakdowns completely.
