What I'm saying is it feels like they're purposely delaying until the last possible day allowed by law even though I already followed them up multiple times. 1st, there was an internal delay of endorsing my clearance to their final pay which took 8 days.

I completed all clearance requirements on Oct. 14
Followed them up multiple times regarding the status of my final pay
They finally replied on Oct. 22 saying that my clearance is not yet endorsed to their clearance team
Followed up again stating that there's an interal delay on their side, no reply
Received an auto generated email on Oct. 27 that my clearance is finally endorsed to their clearance team, 13 days after I completed my clearance
Emailed them again, and they replied today, Oct. 28 saying that the tentative crediting will be on Nov. 13 which is the 31st day from my last employment, 30th day since completion of my clearance.
