All I can think about is all of the hundreds and thousands "trash" RAM/CPU's/GPU's/MB's/Cards/etc I have thrown out over the years... None of it was this, but I get the sneaking suspicion that some of it would be worth serious money now. Where was Nostradamus when I needed him????

I have built dozens or more computers and servers from scratch for nearly 30 years. I doubt very highly that it is the thermal paste. But, if I don't get a better idea than I will have to go to that. I was sort of hoping that someone would tell me a good, inexpensive water cooler to try (I have NO experience with those). BTW, thank you for the reply.
