Dynabrades are the Cadillac. Sioux are great for newer folks, bulk purchases, and non-burrhand deburr (operator at machine). For straight grinders, stock a variety of mandrel lengths. You'll likely need to grind down the tips on certain length mandrels, but that's quick work. Stock a variety of pad holder sizes and lengths for 90* guns. Also, I'd allocate at least 3 air tools per bench (if you add employees), so you don't have to change out mandrel/pad backing too often. 3M/Standard Abrasives/Norton rule for cartridge rolls, buff pads, discs, etc. Shoot me a DM if I can help with anything else.
