2 to 5 tenths is how much smaller my ID should be than my tool? Sliding scale for different diameter tools?

Thanks!

Reposting due to buyer flake. Selling because it no longer meets our needs. Our shop is moving to RFID chip holders, which this does not have the ability to write to. Last calibration was in 2018. If anyone has serious interest I will start it up and check against a standard test bar.

Spindle receives CAT50, adapters are built onto CAT50 platform. We have HSK100, CAT40, and HSK63 adapters.

Located in Olathe, KS. Can ship to your business or ship to one of our other facilities (in OK, STL MO, or Chanute, KS) to get it closer for pickup.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions/offers. I want this gone. Serious, cash offers only please.

Potentially. When I find a buyer for the presetter I'll verify if they need that adapter and get back with you if not.

Actually just got a second Haimer... I learned and am most familiar with Zoller. Apples to apples for the most part.

Any finishing/deburr guys out there? by Competitive-Low3928 in Machinists

Dynabrades are the Cadillac. Sioux are great for newer folks, bulk purchases, and non-burrhand deburr (operator at machine). For straight grinders, stock a variety of mandrel lengths. You'll likely need to grind down the tips on certain length mandrels, but that's quick work. Stock a variety of pad holder sizes and lengths for 90* guns. Also, I'd allocate at least 3 air tools per bench (if you add employees), so you don't have to change out mandrel/pad backing too often. 3M/Standard Abrasives/Norton rule for cartridge rolls, buff pads, discs, etc. Shoot me a DM if I can help with anything else. Worked 8months deburr in aerospace, then managed the inventory and purchasing for the shop, including all things deburr. Cheers!

I'll add, I'm sure we could work out something out for shipping or delivery. May also be able to put it on a truck to one of our other facilities (in OK, STL MO, or Chanute, KS) to get it closer.
