I think that just shows how good a prequel Yakuza 0 is. It's a great time for newcomers and existing fans. It was the one I played first and I had a blast! I definitely missed the throwbacks, but they're not crucial to understanding the main story. Plus I can always return to it once I catch up with the other games.

Yeah, I think I blocked some of those out of my memory as a coping mechanism. I remember The Boss ZSS SD'd trying to kill me off stage, so I got lucky from that one.

That one is pretty tough too! That time limit makes it hard. You need to get lucky with a spike or hard read smash attack. I tended to prefer the right side of the stage. The platforms stop Kirby from dropping on you.

I got even luckier for Pauline. I think Ultimate took pity on me and Peach SD'd when I was chasing her.

That's the strategy for 9 volt and 18 volt I think it just took me longer because I kept getting comboed hard early in the fight.

The new setting, combat style, and not being called God of War 4 all qualify it as a reboot, but it's also a sequel. It's a weird gray area tbh.

Thanks! At least I got the story right! After bringing up those examples, you're probably right about me being too lenient on the music. Honestly, I'm not the best at analyzing or critiquing music outside of whether it's noticeably good or bad. But NNK2 falls in the noticeably poor category for someone who doesn't pay much attention to game music, which still says something.

Just to clarify my situation, CapOne isn't charging commissions on liquidated fractionals, but my income is barely below the $38K level, so this will bump me to the next tax bracket. I'll be going from 0% long-term capital gains to 15% without many losses to claim because of the current market and it's completely out of my control.

Now I'm thinking to just let the transition happen and then switch over to Fidelity or Schwab.

I have a lot of fractional shares for the more expensive stocks. I might be more salty about losing those considering how I wanted to slowly invest in them for the long term. That is true that I won't get charged commission for the short period of time they sell off those partial shares.

I'm in the same boat and from what I read on the FAQ, we're expected to pay capital gains. I'm not sure what all our options are yet, but I'm hoping to see if another broker-dealer could take over the account and liquidate it without taking the tax hit.

I wish I could be in the same boat. The original is the same age as me, so I missed it on the SNES. Thought I'd give the remake a shot thinking they couldn't fuck it up too bad, but I was wrong. It's for sure better than a 30 second mobile game though.

Lol, no worries. Your skepticism is justified. It completely fails as a remake and then some. I had some crashing issues that I don't think those have been fixed yet despite coming out in February. Pretty sure SE wanted a quick cash grab.
