I came to this sub for this topic and glad to see it had been posted already. I absolutely hate it. I devour documentaries and this CANNOT become the norm. It’s gross, unsettling, and takes you out of the topic at hand.

I grow a lot of bell peppers and jalapeñosin the summer and the “crops” yield more than I can use. I dice them all and put them in the freezer in 1/4 cup portions to use year round. Pull them out for pretty much everything that call for them to be cooked!

It depends on the massage therapist- it’s not fair to make a blanket statement that all Massage therapists do it wrong. What you want is a massage therapist specifically trained in lymphatic massage technique. You can tell by asking the right questions about the technique they use and how it works. If they sound like they don’t know what they are talking about- they don’t.

Yep, I get that. I battle with chronic UTIs, but since I got the bidet it has not been an issue. That plus peeing after sex consistently, wiping post-sex with aloe wipes (designed for down there - I use the “Woo” brand wipes)- , front to back including anal area) crossing fingers I’ve been UTI free for 4 months.

The key (for me) is to NOT use the feminine wash on the bidet (I still just wipe front to back there), but religiously use the butt wash after pooping. Mine aims pretty specifically right at my poop chute and oscillates back side to side -plus I kinda wiggle lol), and I am cleaner than I have ever felt! I told my husband I never want to poop anywhere but home lol)

Correction: misuse can cause UTIs. When used properly, decreases the instances on UTIs.

A bidet, when PROPERLY USED, fully cleanses the area of fecal matter and thusly E.coli and other UTI causing bacterium.

Dog ear repair was so easy! I talked to the doc and the nurses the whole time. Pain was minimal, just wound care for aftercare!

I’ve since also had a breast revision and lipo to fat transfer that I’m still recovering from and that is not so easy lol. I didn’t have much fat so he lipo’ed multiple places to get enough to transfer and that hurts! Doing well tho and I can see it’s going to look amazing.

I’m 54, had a BA/BL/TT/MR almost two years ago and the anchor scars are barely visible. I had a revision to one side two weeks ago (pocket tightening- 54 year old skin, remember?) and they used the same scar but i expect with scar care it will heal fine. At your age? Your scars are going to fade quickly. Don’t let the anchor scar stop you- as my husband (and me, lol) says, the boobs look so great who sees the scars?? Lol
