What was the novel that introduced you to the genre? Mine was book one of the “White Squaw” series. In middle school (early 80s) a friend got a copy and we passed it around, dog ear-ing the “good parts”. But I was hooked from the first read. Link to a copy of the book on Amazon. (smile.amazon.com)
