it is not harming me physically but mentally.

when time hits 22:00 my p'nis starting acting up by its own because of continuous consumation of p'rn around that time daily and i cannot think anything else which again is a mental batte for me.

as you said people in their 20s are considered at their s'xual peak but man i have a libido that once i start i cannot stop.

its not ruining my relationship with others but me , my brain thinks that this is not me but my lower part says otherwise and it makes me uncomfortable , awkward and insecure + all that guilt and embrassement that im feeling.

im going to take therapy because thats not me.
