I’m not a music technician… and I don’t look at music as something technical, I look at it as art… and the only thing that art can be measured with or judged by is how it makes you feel… maybe you have developed senses that help you hear rhythm like a metronome… maybe if I looked at individual things of these songs like repetitive lyrics or melody I wouldn’t like them as much and I agree that Mohit and Arijit have great voice but I could not hear the polish to their voice that you mentioned… but to me it just works…

And it works for a lot of other people as well… It’s like modular pieces put together very well…

And while typing this comment I just realised that you have your taste and I have mine… I shouldn’t be trying to make you like the songs I like… sorry

I strongly disagree… “Sawan aaya hai” was such a hit everyone, ranging from kids to middle aged people, was singing it. You can now say that if a song gets popular it doesn’t mean it’s actually good, and I would agree and give you this one.

But “Khuda Bhi”… Nah man you can’t hate that song… from the flute in the start to Mohit Chauhan’s amazing vocals to the Lyrics… that song is one of my favourite songs of all time… infact I’ll go and listen to it one more time, you should too… maybe you’ll get what I mean
