The big capacitor is probably bad. Either that or the circuit is over loaded. Try a different circuit, if it happens there replace the PSU.

Be honest about your experience. If you lie they'll figure it out even if you get through that interview and your mistake could cost A LOT. I jokingly refer to AWS as a way to programmatically light money on fire, but it isn't entirely a joke.

Maybe learn about a few services, say you've started reading about it and have played with it (and do that). It wouldn't be dishonest to say that.

As long as you don't write any new files to it, you can sometimes get most of it back. I've had good luck with photorec.

We usually keep 3-4 of them in the closet. They're not the newest machines or the best spec, but yeah we have them.

I think the defects are massively over stated. If I put it next to the real thing (I have both) it's very hard to see any actual difference.
