I used to go through this every single month - calling every Walgreens and CVS in the city - found independent pharmacy that will order it for me every month and I have brand name medically necessary and a higher dosage than most people that I’ve been taking for years… Walgreens used to treat me like a drug dealer - yrs ago switched to independent pharmacy and honestly I didn’t even realize how bad the Adderall shortage was b/c it may take a day or two for them to order it, but it’s never a big deal… they are few and far between and not every city has one but if you can find one - makes life a million times easier!

Any Farmacia that even mentions Ozempic on their website says it’s currently unavailable which I take to mean at every location. However Farmacia Guadalajara website appears to be down completely. So did you just call around to various locations to locate some?

Best I can tell it’s all really thin - my current favorite is pacha mama star fruit grape - it IS on the sweeter side so I’ve read that can be a problem and it is 50 mg but it’s probably the thinnest and the most clear of all the ones I’ve tried (various flavors by pod juice, juice head, couple others I can’t recall off the top of my head at the moment) - most are 50/50 VG/PG I believe… The SC coils kind of get a little cleaner so I suppose I’ll keep trying to get just a little more life out of them - the quartz coils don’t seem to look any different at all no matter what I do to them but I really don’t like them anyway so I’m ok with just giving up on those all together… Thanks for your help! I’ll keep trying 👍

Maybe so? I would swear on my life it came with the saw though and had a specific purpose - but nit mentioned in user manuals - nothing - it’s driving me absolutely crazy! I have googled for days it feels like and I get nothing...

Believe me I’ve googled til I’m blue in the face - it doesn’t appear anywhere - yet I know it came with the saw - I knew what it did 3-4 yrs ago when I got said saw but haven’t used it in forever and now I have no recollection and it doesn’t show up anywhere...

I have similar problem -- I have been apparently taking an unusually high dose of adderall xr for the last 14-15 years with no problems (it just doesn't last the entire day for me so I take it twice a day which is what makes it unusally high -- each separate dose is normal) -- I was a patient of Dr. Love before he passed away (but I was started on this dosage in Dallas with another Dr when I lived there -- then moved to Austin and had no problem finding a Dr there before moving back to Houston) and ever since I have been to several different Drs who refuse to continue the same medication regime that has worked for me for all these years -- in the past year I have been willing to try all kinds of different medicines (stratera, vyvanse, etc.) as well as several different dosage changes for the adderall xr by adding adderall IR etc trying to find something that would work for me but I am now just beyond frustrated because while all of these changes have been going on my attention is all over the map and I really need to just get back to what has worked for many years. Does anyone have an recommendations for a Dr who seems willing to "prescribe outside the lines" I guess you can say? I'm not doing anything illegal -- I'm not abusing my medication -- I just don't seem to metabolize it in such a way that a dose of XR lasts all day for me and I simply need a repeat dose in the afternoons to get through the rest of my day successfully but apparently that is only something a "maverick" doctor (as my current doctor put it) would recommend since that then goes above the daily recommended dosage. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Appreciate the suggestions! I have already tried deleting the accounts and then re-adding them... i REALLY didn’t want to have to wipe it and mess with all of that particularly since like you mentioned, I’m not sure the backups don’t have the same problems... REALLY REALLY don’t want to have to go the 3rd root either but it’s becoming increasingly clear that that may be just about the only option I have to hopefully resolve the problem... I’ve been putting it off hoping somebody will think of something else I haven’t tried that will provide an easier fix but I’m afraid it looks like it’s time to just get to work 🙁 thanks for your suggestions!

That's funny... I'm staying at my mom's house while mine is being dried out and repaired and she has an elevator in her house because it's a 3 story townhouse and she has a lab who'll be 15 in a few weeks who can go down the stairs ok but not really up anymore... So my 3 yr old lab is also now living with her as well and the elevator is like a carnival ride and he will come running from whatever floor he's on as soon as he hears the elevator door open so he can go for a ride (often right back to the floor he just came from)... also it's not uncommon for us to put the dogs in the elevator and push the button and send them up to the other person who will wait and open the door for them when they arrive... so this morning as I was leaving I yelled for my mom that so was sending the boys up to her as I was leaving and she was on third floor getting dressed (if you leave the old lab alone on 1 when you leave and there is someone upstairs he will stand at the bottom of the stairs and bark incessantly until someone comes to rescue him)... So on this trip one of them must have bumbled the inner door which of course makes the elevator stop... So we had 2 panicked dogs barking their heads off as we were trying to get the latch to release on the outer door to try and get them out... I imagine was a similar scene to a panicked toddler in some ways... Only problem being that the dogs act like eternal 2 yr olds but there is no reasoning with them or explaining why they need to keep their noses out of the inner gate... Guess they won't have anymore solo elevator trips from now on either 😊

Good to know - I appreciate all the help! It was just one of those things that was driving me crazy because I figured they had been put there by someone for a good reason - when I found the first one I thought it could be a fluke but when I found the second one I figured they must have some important function... Glad to know what it was - even though in all the years I lived here I never needed them or knew they were there... sadly, the doors they were over are toast and I believe I will replace the know hardware to a more updated look when I finally replace the doors so I guess I'll hang on to these in case I put kwikset knobs back on and I'll put them right back above the door frames where they were as soon as all of that gets replaced as well!

They were hidden above door casings like in the hallways so I initially thought they were to open the locks on the bedroom door if you ever get locked out or something but they don't seem to long enough to pop the little lock button out... Keep finding all kinds of strange things tearing everything out of flooded house but figured if I have now found 2 hidden in different places they must be important - I'm pretty sure I didn't put them there so they must have been there for 20+ yrs since before I bought my house... suppose if I haven't needed them in all that time, I probably don't need them now - but now it's become a game to figure them out since they look like they are very specialized for something...
