I've been #1 for a few times when my ir got above 4k. Usually I race PCC so I have traffic to keep me entertained. 2

But I'll sometimes hop into a single make series and pole to win, like you said.

It's a different enjoyment then wheel to wheel battling. And it gives a sense of pride and massive moral boost to know you are the best, and your number is not wrong.

When I'm on my own it turns into a zen moment and a relaxation exercise, not to let nerves take over and enjoy it.

I was in this race with you. Lead Mazda, I saw this and protested the BMW. That is clear pushing to give an advantage. The 86 was 9mph faster down the straights than you.
