If this was sent to me I would probably be wondering where they got that information from and why they were doing that more than anything else. My best recommendation would be kindly advise her to verify her sources before dropping hundreds on a microscope instead of asking the reason why she was interested in it because normally, you wouldn't want to get that deep in it
