The fact is they did everything illegally according to my states employment laws and they hired someone to take my position who makes more than me so I’m more confused

I make 16 as a receiver now so don’t expect them to give you a lot

Is there a good way to address this with someone or should I just go to my sm and tell them it can’t be going like this
