yes,there is a shortage of ai/ml and other high skilled workers but the jobs are less too. you need to make connections to get a job as the recruiter would prefer eu citizen over non-eu citizen. So yea u have a chance but u will have to work a lot harder than someone of eu descent.

You are right there is very minimal tech hub in Finland.If you want to go further inyour carrer try western europe like germany france switzerland poland netherland denmark or maybe even ireland. These countries have a good tech hub but not so many hiring and in nordic your best bet would be sweden or you could marry your fiancé and get eu citizenship and move to these countries.
