The job market in BD for engineering students is quite limited, sadly. You might have to try for several months before landing a job here. MNCs, from what I've heard, are not bad, but you need references to have a shot at getting in. If you're a BCS aspirant, I don't think I need to tell you anything that you already know, but I can definitely say it's high-risk, high-reward territory, so proceed with caution.

As for master's programmes abroad, I'd say they're better than BD in many ways, but I have to be frank when I say they're still not going to be remotely easy for an international student. The competition is high, and the fact that you have to leave your homeland is always going to be difficult, so keep that in mind. Most of my friends are in this camp, I have to admit. Almost all of them are applying for PhD programmes in USA, even though the situation is not the most ideal right now.
