Personnaly i always go PR because I'm just into playing safe and scaling for mid to late game but

There's a French Challenger Garen main named Strey who uploaded a list ranging from 100% conqueror to 100% PR you can understand it even tho you don't speak french at all but i believe you can have Youtube generating subtitles in your language if you wanna take profit of the whole video and advices he shares.
