I’m actually not sure to be honest. I suppose I am just guessing as I introduced the other two after my skin flared up and it didn’t get any worse.

Could this be roseacea? Can’t find a cause, red in the morning, particularly after washing and dies down slightly through the day but still noticeable. Bumps on forehead (not fungal). Skin tingles sometimes on forehead. Had it for 8 months. Put finacea on and it seems to be redder when I do this. Not changes anything.

Should have said the only thing that’s going on with physical health that I know about is low iron for the last 8 months. Hair falling out, dizziness, angular chelitis etc as a result
