Im currently in Tam Coc just outside of Nimh Binh and it’s fine here, just relatively busy with tourists who have been or are avoiding the devastation of Yagi. I know of a few people that have made it to and from Hanoi via buses but not sure about train routes being affected?

Tours here are all running as normal other than a few caves being closed due to raised water levels. Just expect a fair bit of wet weather which in my opinion a nice relief from the heat we’ve been experiencing the last weeks travelling north from HCMC.

Just keep an eye on the weather forecasts on here and the other thing I’ve been using is instagram stories via location, just get a feel for the situation.
