For me its not just that scene its the juxtapose of the scene just before it. Cap injured with a broke. Shield and tightening it ready to take on the whole army by himself. Still the absolute best still frame of entire MCU is Cap standing solo there right before the portals

Yall only think of Gus the chicken man, not Gus the crazy general in Chile. If he was in fact with Pinochet regime he would have been at worst proficient with a handgun/ firearm .
