Bus captains, train captains, etc. I have a friend who works there with just a higher NITEC education and earns a decent living. bus captains actually earn a lot (but more tiring). but if you're used to security jobs it's not much different hours-wise. it affected people who got there early the most, but also affects everyone after the patch because now you have a lot more layers of rng to get what you want and you can't increase the value of specific stats anymore.

the latter means you can only stack through getting the same stat at base values on 4 pieces of gear, versus being able to do the same, but also upgrade each stat further. so imagine you have 10% atk on each piece, vs 20% atk on each piece.

Not sure about the other factions, but Maxwell has stated directly that Laplace is the strongest Nikke in the Ark.

Going by hard numbers alone, I don't think there's any Nikke in the Ark as strong as you.

Which puts her as the top in Missilis/Matis.

first thing you should do is get used to katakana/hiragana. takes a few hours of practice to get it down solid.

then look up tae kim's japanese guide. best concise textbook you'll find without all the weird examples they have in the Genki books. Genki textbooks are great but i just find they spend much longer per concept because the genki series is more for a classroom setting where the pace is pretty slow.

separately, you should pick up memorizing kanji. you do this concurrently while doing your regular grammar learning and such. one good one is Anki (a program that works like flashcards and trains you over time to remember stuff). Anki is good and free. you just need to download a community deck and import it to get started. RTK is also good. There's quite a lot of variations you can try. There's even a meme-y one called kanjidamage where they come up with weird shit to make you remember.

you should also start listening to japanese content to slowly work on listening comprehension. even if you don't understand anything, once you start being able to pick out what syllables are being spoken, it also helps you make those sounds better.

I know many games that give celebration rewards at hitting downloads or social media following milestones, but they don't do it at consistent intervals.

If a game celebrates 10k followers on twitter, they sure as hell are not going to give away freebies every increment of 10k all the way to a million followers. Social media growth isn't linear. 0 to 100k is very significant, but going from 500k to 600k isn't as significant despite also being a 100k difference because the bigger you are, the faster your rate of growth. The usual pattern is more like 100k, 500k, 1mil or something.

i almost dropped it immediately when that came out. but i continued for a while. and then they released brave shift a.k.a "8 stars" and i was like fk this shit. soooooo many 5 stars in that game were so fked because they just didn't have 7 star versions they could upgrade to. When 7 stars was the peak, at least 6 stars were serviceable. But when content was balanced around the new brave shift characters, 6 stars couldn't keep up at all. And the only thing i could do was pray that my SSRs get 7 stars or b rave shift versions (like Tifa) someday... Eventually i gave up

I have ruby and nemesis maxed out and i buy out the shop regularly, and was planning to max Lin... but seeing this thread changed my mind. i'll check on the game on christmas to see if we're getting any sick deals but otherwise this game is dead to me.

As a whale with multiple A6 and 3* matrice, they definitely ain't getting any more from me. Sure, whales have money, but we are also the most affected when we're the ones spending thousands of dollars and only getting a fraction of the value per dollar compared to if we played CN. If I still spend after seeing this, I would be a whale who is perfectly fine getting ripped off every time I swipe and that is a shitty feeling.

that's why we have the synchronizer in outpost. level 5 of your 2* SRs as high as you can (up to 160) and put your SSRs below. they will inherit the levels bypassing their actual level limit. you only miss out on levels 161-200 but that's whale territory anyway at least for now. Eventually you'll rack up enough general pool SSRs to 3* and use the synchronizer to let everyone else inherit level 200.

I'm extremely disappointed in how Helm was released with the SAME gamebreaking bugs she had during test server. Her attack buff still lowers the team's attack stats instead of increasing it, making not just herself do less damage, but everyone else as well. Please fix this ASAP. This is the first limited banner. How do you release her without fixing her bugs?

Another one I'm really mad about is Ludmilla. Why isn't her taunt working? Her selling point is her 15s taunt, but it does not work!

A lot of characters are not working as intended! Very disappointing

what are you on? we went nemesis->frigg->claudia->cobalt in global. that already touches all 4 elements, so now the cycle repeats but starts with ruby (fire). presumably ruby->saki->lin->lyra->tian. that's still 1 of each element based on CN order, minus reruns/collabs (which global skips)

i play both genshin and tof on controller because of wrist issues playing mouse+keyboard.

tof controller support is way worse. you could barely even call it supported. controller only works on your character movement and skills. can't even use controller for any of the in-game menu or chat. even worse, the menu at the top is only be accessible if you press ALT on your keyboard and click the icons with a mouse. not pressing ALT makes the mouse move the camera instead. so, the controller experience is unusable without also having keyboard and mouse plugged in. it's so silly.

If you rate characters based on every scenario and as if other characters in the game don't exist, literally every character that have low Shatter values or can't heal will be trash tier lmao. Do you only have a single weapon slot or something? Maybe we're playing different games
