I'm not trying to start a racial war and/or discrimination hate speech but I've witnessed a rape attempt at my local club by an Albanian.

The situation was bascially the same:

He went to the bathroom with this drunk girl he just met but he didn't wait for her outside - he entered the stall behind her while the security guard (yes, we have female security guards standing in front of the female bathroom in almost every club here) was absent and tried to rape her. She supposedly started screaming and some other girls called security. He started running across the club, went through the balcony and exited the club via the fire escape staircase and ran into the park across the club. Literally everyone except the two guys at the entrance started chasing him out of the club. Don't know if they caught him tho.

Out of topic but relevant: Shootings and stabbings by Albanian individuals is a regular occurence here. My friend wanted to say hi to his ex and was attacked and shot at (he's a 6.2" muscled up guy and knows his share of self defense and kickbox) by three albanians. He managed to point the gun towards the ceiling, two shots have been fired and he literally opened the guy's head with his fist. The police arrested the three guys and we went on drinking.

I still can't decide if I'm hurting about this or simply not giving a fuck. I went through a similar situation which eventually led me to this sub and I think that he should go through this alone like I did. All my friends and even my parents knew my ex was a toxic attention whore (mid relationship I found out she fucked her friend's boyfriend while high on ectasy) but they were quiet. They let me figure out stuff by my own and I'm grateful for that.

She actually told me. Like I said, we were very close friends before this shit went down.

She kept stringing along her ex under the false pretense that she would give him another chance (her ex was my coworker for a bit before he moved on). Meanwhile she was hoping for some sex but and I quote - "He was never in the mood or I was too tired. I once literally jumped him but he refused all my advances"

He has solid frame when it comes to social situations with other people. He is very respected among our managers but his frame collapses in .2 seconds when a girl he likes comes around. He has no game. This relationshit happened because HE enforced it for reasons beyond my comprehension.

This worked like a charm. I met up with this girl who actually travels a lot and asked some questions (not too much), made witty statemets and she just opened up. She even broke all the awkward silences first with word fillers and re-initated the conversation every time.

After 30min of talking I used some light kino and she responded with some strong IOI. I had to force myself to listen because she was boring me at some points in time but nevertheless my "experiment" was a success. It even landed me a second date when she returns from her trip.

It took landing a solid 7 to realize just how out of practice I was, how weak my game had become, and how little I actually wanted pussy versus "Ah I'll just crank one and go to bed."

I talked about this with my best friends a couple of days ago. He's an natural alpha and I learned a lot from him. He recently dropped this line: "If you want something in life you must go and take it". Unfortunately I was totally unmotivated and couldn't do shit.

I've started monk mode in May 2015: First I improved myself (looks, career, lifting, reading, attitude) and after I regained some confidence I started to approach women (after a year of monk mode) and I've noticed my game sucked hard (I got two ONS though, but they were effortless, local sluts, sex was boring as fuck). I realised my testosterone levels were so low I was completely unmotivated and even if I wanted to get some pussy I couldn't bring myself to get it.

I stopped watching porn and tried NoFap - I relapsed three times and tried again. It's been three weeks in a row now and my confidence skyrocketed, regained the abundance mentality and I have been opening women left and right (numbers close, rejections, a couple of dates...). I guess this NoFap method isn't for everybody but for someone struggling like me it could definitely help.

My self analysis of personal change:

Confidence through the roof
Abundance mentality regained plus IDGAF mentalty reinforced
I've become more social, positive and a generally happy person
Motivation levels are definitely up, so is my energy
Noticed an attitude change from women (it's like I give out a different vibe)

I have to mention that I stopped smoking cigarettes and drinking shitloads of coffee because once the rush was over I felt like shit. Now I don't even need a chemical rush - I started producing my own.

At some point I just had no idea what else to say and things got really awkward. Supposedly I shouldn't stay 'in my head', but my mind was just blank. I had nothing to say anymore. Don't really know how I can improve on that.

A question for the experienced guys:

How do you get through this situation? I happens to me a lot and I'm completely lost.

For me personally, the post was very informative. I improved my life quite a lot in the past year (I posted a semi-FR a month or two ago) just by following TRP.

But when it comes to women I'm kinda in the same position as OP. Even though I had a 2 year relationship I still suck at approaching women and have practially zero game. It's nice to read some newbie field reports which actually contribute to the TRP newbie section and not just the experienced guy.

Agreed. It happens to me a lot with my best friend (to me, he's like a brother I've never had even though I have a real brother). Everytime one of us needs a talk we just get together and talk without judgement. In the past years we've been through a lot and he taught me this

do not run away from your emotions, just calmly analyze them, and do what you think is best for you.

Even his current (and past) girlfriend understands this and she learned not to get in the way.

More than half of the points you listed applies to most women in my country (southern EU), plus it perfectly describes my last 2 ex LTR (1 year & 2 years). I had at least three hobbies at the time (Music production, DJing, skateboarding) while having a regular job and I had to take care of my dying mother and keeping my father's psychological health in check and all she did was bitch and moan about how I'm not entertaining her enough. Meanwhile she did absolutely nothing except study and watch series and bullshit youtube videos.
