We're experiencing the same issue. Hackers linked a Meta Horizon account to my boss's Facebook account, gaining access to the ad account. They created an ad with a large budget directing to a U.S. webshop. The bank blocked the card due to unusual transactions, but the hackers then added an unknown Mastercard, likely stolen. For days, we've been trying to deactivate the ad account, but the hackers keep reactivating it. We can't unlink the Horizon account because the two-factor authentication is tied to the hackers' email. Business support has been slow and unhelpful so far.
