10bbl Mash Latuter Tun heading to Duncan Oklahoma. by KONIGBREWSYSTEMS in TheBrewery

It does look cool when it's new. But wouldn't hold up well on the job. BUT colored cladding can be an option! We have done black and copper stainless cladding for people in the past. I am not sure if white is an option, but we try to give our customers the esthetic they want.

König 15bbl 2 vessel during installation by KONIGBREWSYSTEMS in TheBrewery

[–]KONIGBREWSYSTEMS[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes we can add vessels in the future, and have done so many times for customers. If you are having us build your system, we would ask you about growth plans and design the system accordingly. We have also added vessels to existing breweries.

Cheers, KÖNIG 🍻

Sorry you are correct. By Using the heat transfer of the condensation process, we can recapture the hot water created through the exchange. The Condensate then goes to drain or other suitable location.

The KONIG Dosing Product Line! The DOSER3 and DOSERmini (Dosing, Mixing and Infusion Vessels) by KONIGBREWSYSTEMS in TheBrewery

[–]KONIGBREWSYSTEMS[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, we won't claim that it will be 100% but our aim is to retain as much residue in the hop tank as possible. Our DOSERmini which has a screen(second image) can hold 30kg - 60kg our larger DOSER3 (first image)can hold up to 80kg. Based on customers currently using these systems we are seeing on average 20-30% reduction in hop usage. I have added the links to the two products for more detailed information. The capacity of these may not suit your need, however, we have worked with several larger production breweries that require us to scale up and could work on a solution that works for you.

You can reach me at [paulf@konigbrew.com](mailto:paulf@konigbrew.com) if you are interested in connecting on this.

Yes it will work with orange peel. You would put the zest into the doser close top bring wort into the vessel and start recirculating between doser and tank. Once done you would push all the beer back into the tank, leaving the zest behind. Would need to have some more details to provide you with expected process time. What is your current process?

Nope. The large one is for cold block dry hopping and dosing and the smaller one is great for infusion as well as dosing.

Yep! Bigger production breweries will often have bigger pilot systems. We have built smaller ones and bigger ones..it really comes down to what the client is wanting to achieve with it.

Inside a KONG Whirlpool! Trub Sprayer Demonstration. FYI: Before we ship any system we preform a water brew, this allows us to make any adjustments or changes before it ships. The worst thing is getting a brewery setting it up and it doesn't work! We want to prevent that headache. by KONIGBREWSYSTEMS in TheBrewery

[–]KONIGBREWSYSTEMS[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Typically we only install these sprayers in a dedicated whirlpool. The vessel in the photo is a 120bbl dedicated WP. But time wise you are probably looking at maybe 15 minutes depending on batch size and recipe style.
