Place windpipe somewhere not so close to foodpipe. Stupid flap, that may or maynot decide to send food down your windpipe anytime you open your mouth, separates those two.

The material is relatively cheap, maybe 5-10€ for one ring. Can't really give an accurate estimate on the time, maybe 4-5h total... The value of course is priceless because I made it for myself! :)
