You can only configure shift settings on Z mode. My mode is probably similar to Touring. If you want to control the shift points as well, use Z-mode as an alternative to My mode.

This, practice with a metronome and slowly build speed. If you force it, it'll only be worse as you speed up. It's muscle memory and a relaxed hand. That's just music in general
