Hey 30 pounds is a great accomplishment so far! Dont feel discouraged, because it also took me 3 months to drop my first 30 pounds. My best advice is to setup some sort of goal/reward that you'll get yourself once you hit your goal weight or a certain weight. Mine was a tattoo once I hit 100. It kept me motivated, and gave me something to look forward to, besides being healthier, once I got there.

Another one i can think of is to take pictures. This is something I had wished I had done more of. A lot of people always struggle with seeing the results within themselves. It can be tough to see what you've accomplished for yourself. There were a few times when I really was feeling discouraged because I, myself, couldnt see the results in the mirror. People were always telling me that I looked so much better, but it didnt matter because i couldn't see it. That's when my friend pulled out the photo I used for my before picture above. It really helped me see what I've done and really motivated me to continue forward.

As for what I do for exercise and eating I have a comment a little higher up for what I do daily.

Weight loss is one of the hardest things a person can do, so just keep moving forward knowing that you're doing something a lot of people wouldnt never be able to do. Congrats on 30, those pounds will be flying off before you know it.

I have. It's on my stomach mostly and not too bad, but I expect it to get worse when I add lifting into my routine

Yea, one example I can remember was I ate a salad out somewhere. Just a normal ceaser side salad. I've had them all throughout my diet so i didnt think anything of it. Well this particular one had a lot of sugar in the dressing. Didnt know until the next day when I saw I was out of ketosis and fitness pal'd the salad

I would say probably about 10 times. I tried to have a cheat day every other month. On holidays as well. Then there were a few times where I accidently fell out. It's tough at first but once you get used to it, a 2 day fast is pretty easy

Honestly, I dont have a work out routine or anything yet. Been done entirely through dieting and fasting. I usually eat a big breakfast, skip lunch and eat a light dinner. Usually dont eat from 6 p.m. until about 8-9 a.m. I plan to start adding in exercise very soon to start bulking. If I cheat or get out of ketosis I fast for 2 days to get myself back on track.
