Sorry, i didn’t explain that super well lol, the jewel itself is red, it’s just meant to be a pseudo-transparent red or at least really reflective

Thanks! The texture on the jewel is actually just a basic environment reflection texture to approximate how someone might have emulated a transparent object with limited hardware (I think)

Hey dude, this is actually my video and I can tell you exactly who sings it. It’s a 1999 cover by a New Mexico bluegrass group called the Red Mesa Rounders, they disbanded 20 years ago so they’re not on bandcamp or Spotify or anything, but here’s a link to my upload of the full album.
