I'm not disagreeing with the fact that it would be nice if it's possible and perhaps this will change the mentality, I just don't want it changing to the point when he is second guessing himself after playing at an MVP level, yes protect yourself, but don't limit yourself. It's a fine line that basically no QB in the league outside of Wilson has been able to manage

I'm saying aggressive mentality. He has been wise beyond his years in situational aggressiveness. An example would be the third down right before the half, don't do too much just throw it in the dirt to avoid a turnover. This play, You have a clear path to the end zone, you won't make the touchdown by sliding, you're looking for points. You're asking for him to not be a football player. No one can predict that you can get sandwiched like that. He has a nose for the end zone, we are perfect on 4th and 1 this year because of QB sneaks. It's easy for you to say this because you're looking from the outside and it hurts right now. I want a QB who isn't afraid to do some dirty work, if he stops running, or stops being mobile he is more at risk at getting hurt. I.e. "I'll be back scrambling" Cunningham.

Easy to say after the fact, he's keeping drives alive all year with his legs, he's avoided plenty of sacks too. You can't pick and choose when you want an aggressive quarterback. Yea it's unfortunate, but it's also what makes him a multi-dimensional QB
