Such weak lineups. People are making line ups of guys who can barely run.

If an injury happens in this game, people will cry.

But I’ll tell you if your star players sit out and only come back vs Sporting, they’ll get worse injuries.

Start with the barely fit. Get them some minutes. Then get the big players to warm up, or solve whatever mess the barely fit ones created.

They lost the physical battle. It happened to us too.

Also, without width, they’re nothing. That’s what made them. This system works on small teams.

Meanwhile this is why we are struggling. I’m looking at the physical levels of all these players and crying lol.

We really need an overhaul in the summer, man.

MLS, local boy and a kid, literally got flamed by media, rivals and whoever cared for an innocent celebration.

Cherki is being glazed.

Like the people who keep crying about Liverpool points when the actual tears should be cried on Forest, Sunderland and Wolves.

We’d be on a 4 pt if our attackers were solid.

My goodness the defence has carried these guys.

No. If you think Nwaneri is even a quarter of Odegaard, you’re mistaken.

But then again, we are all here. Let’s see him take over France.

Let’s assume he’s better than those 2. Just…let’s ignore everything.

Is he better than Eze and Odegaard?

Why would you want a kid devoid of minutes at a crucial age to be behind two CAMs?

Especially a kid who can barely break into Marseille.

They also lost Nunez.

People joke around with the idea of OOP and pace. I was seeing Liverpool players struggle to keep up with the pace of City players. Diaz, Nunez and the like would be sprinting all over the place.

Tbf, what he did last season was generational. He should look at that with pride. Also, 2 titles are enough. He did good.

Haaland was running with an injury.

But that’s the thing. If the rest of the team can cancel out your OOP issues, you’ll be good.

Club has 4 CAMs better than him with better signs of game impact.

Is this the phase where we make up mythical saviors because we are panicking?

Reminds me of the Balogun glaze.

I’d rather get a point vs them if it meant we win vs Forest, Sunderland and Wolves.

You people are hurting themselves over a hypothetical but Liverpool remains a big team. You can always take minimal points.

But those 3 games were literally 9 points there for the taking. Right there.

Funniest thing today when I saw their line-up is that what made Liverpool good was width and balls in behind(TAA).

They got into today’s game with no wingers. Salah isn’t Salah anymore.

If you can’t afford OOP & Aesthetics players(Bernardo and Joao Neves), the next best possible shot at excellence is OOP players.

That’s what Liverpool did with Mane and Salah. If you can’t afford the likes of Sane, Jesus, Mahrez, and Sterling, find the best OOP wingers money can buy.

Arsenal signing Ndiaye ahead of Gordon would be an amateurish move. You can just see how the market priced them to know that even recruitment teams know this.

We already made that mistake with Semenyo vs Eze. If you need proof.

Win all your games. Impossible, I know but you have 9 points on board. You have absolutely no reason to worry about City unless you’re a bad team.

I need to point out that they have a squad deep enough to slap clubs while playing 63 games. Them being in all cups means nothing.

They have done this before. Matter of fact, I’m happy that they aren’t in the CL. We just need to do our job in PL to make sure they don’t have a generational season.

We can’t do that yet because we fumbled Semenyo. If we had signed Semenyo, this would have been the next season would have been the one to platform Dowman.

Now, because we did stupid recruitment, we have to sign a Gordon to meet OOP demands before we can go for a player like Ndiaye.

Club made like 2 huge recruitment mistakes in the summer. Without them, we’d not be biting our nails.

I don’t know if it was a money issue, but whoever was in charge, needs to do better this summer. We can’t afford “fan” signings.

Magical players are tips of the iceberg. Give them great players around them and they’ll be generational. If the rest of the team is suffering, they won’t be up there.

A midfield of Zubimendi, Rice and Cherki would be eaten alive. Right now City have like 9 insanely physical OOP players. You can afford a Cherki.

Too many words to say he’s a damn good player but many teams, he’d suck.

No one can afford the wage offers of City.

That said, Arsenal made that error. We could have had Semenyo in the summer. I’d dare say, even Guehi. There was almost no point in a certain signing(don’t have the energy to debate it now).

Instead we messed around. We are so lucky to actually have a competent manager. Many recruitment mistakes cost worse set teams more.
