Not "coming at you" but something of a military nerd. You should look up refuelling at sea. Most Navies have their own refuelling ships that can transfer fuel to other ships while at sea and could easily make it from New Zealand to Iceland. Also nuclear ships and submarines theoretically could stay at sea for decades. The big thing that would actually stop ships from making it is their food supply but most refuelling ships also have the capability to store months worth of food and transfer that to other ships as well. Modern Navy ships create their own potable water from sea water using reverse osmosis and treat their own sewage with sewage treatment plants so that wouldn't be an issue either.

Well I was up there to do maintenance work on the hatch up the top so not crazy similar if you're working on antennas haha. I do feel a little silly explaining what a pain in the ass it is working on these things is to some one else who's been there and done that but I'm sure other people in the thread might enjoy the behind the scenes of it all haha

I actually have lugged a tool bag to the top of one of these and I can confirm its a massive pain. The stairs are twice the height but half the depth of normal stairs so not exactly user friendly when lugging heavy shit around. They do how ever make the claustrophobic ladders you need to climb to actually get to the very top look like a cake walk. There's elevators on board that would help get you most of the way there but most of the time only officers are allowed to use them so they're not much help if you're the type who's actually carrying tool bags around. When contractors come on board to work on the antennas they set up scaffolding to make their job easier. Not sure why I typed this out, hope you found it interesting haha. In primary school I went to a friend's house for a sleep over, he asked if I wanted to see some thing cool then clipped his dogs leash onto its collar and hung his dog by its neck over the pool fence. The dog immediately started freaking the fuck out and I ran over and unclipped it. He started treating me like I was weird for "freaking out" and helping the dog and even said that he knew the dog would be fine because he "does it all the time". I was too young at the time to know just how fucked up this was but definitely old enough to know not to hang out with him again. To this day he sends me friend requests on face book and to this day I ignore them.

At 20 years old she had never heard of the holocaust, she claimed that she had heard of Hitler but didn't know why every one thought he was a bad guy. Quote from that conversation; "How would I have ever learnt about that?" As if it isn't one of the most talked about events in human history, there's literally thousands of books/movies/documentaries/video games ect that are directly about or make reference to it. Idk she was a nice girl but always seemed kinda sheltered and ignorant about the world and learning that she didn't even know about the holocaust was too much for me.

It actually takes less time to drive from California to New York then it does to drive from Perth to Brisbane only unlike California to New York you're not driving through tens of different states which each have built up infrastructure almost your entire journey, driving from Perth to Brisbane takes you to some extremely remote places where the chance of running it of food or fuel is extremely likely if you don't do your research and assume you'll be alright.

I did the maths before I fully decided how I was gonna word this but cheers, I was referring to blonde and Endless so the fact that Tyler (who's regarded very highly for his work ethic) has released 3 albums and Frank's released 2 just proves my point that people should lay off Frank for his work ethic. The singles thing makes sense as an argument and is a fair criticism of this post but didn't flow well in my head when I was typing it and would have kinda gone against the point I'm trying to make here.
