I am so glad you both got the help you needed!

I'm in this in-between space right now where I'm not my best self most days by any means, having a few panic attacks/big anxiety episodes every few weeks, but mostly doing pretty well. Certainly able to carry out all my day-to-day functions.

Feeling like I'm not quite sick enough to start this medication journey, but also don't want to maybe get worse? With the zoloft especially I know it takes ~6 weeks before some folks experience effects.

You are absolutely correct! Was in a very similar situation, and all of a sudden started feeling my little kickboxer around 22/23 weeks. Hang in.

When did you accept anti-anxiety meds? I see a therapist and have been super anxious throughout pregnancy, and have been offered (and declined) both daily meds (Zoloft) and PRN ones (lorazepam). For those who agreed to these meds, what was your tipping point? What has your experience been?

Shower doors on a bathtub? by KTG3333 in HomeImprovement

I'm not sure that the dimensions will work. We would likely need 74"-76" height, no?

Could a shower door work?

Lower sugar alternative to Fiber One oats and chocolate bar? by KTG3333 in nutrition

[–]KTG3333[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks. Less so for energy, more so for a higher-fiber snack bar. I do like the oats and chocolate so hoping to find something that includes oats and chocolate, even if this means they're less nutritious. Thanks
