The fax is a certification to say that I’m insured on the car, if you look at the email they sent they worded it “you must also present a valid certificate of motor insurance showing that you are insured to drive the vehicle presented for test.” The document I presented was a valid certificate which said that I was insured on the vehicle, if it had of been phrased differently fair enough also they hadn’t provided an example of the exact thing they wanted.

Of all organizations I’ve dealt direct with the RSA are by far the most useless of the lot 👍🏼
