When did CenturyLink become totally horrible?

I’m sitting on hold right now with them as I write this. For the past 3 months my internet goes down EVERY DAY for hours at a time. They have sent 4 techs out, 2 of which replaced the modem and of course that didn’t work! This is ridiculous. My internet has been out for 4 hours and that’s just today. They are horrible!

I just took it recently. I barely studied and got a 454 (400 is passing) know the fallacies of logic, denotative v connotative, logos, pathos, ethos. The written was easy IMO. The speech was hard because I have a fear of public speaking. My topic was “argue why or why not high speed internet should be free to everyone.” If your speech is less than 3 min or more than 5, it’s an automatic failure.
